Paysphere – Compliance Reminder OSHA Reporting Due July 1

OSHA-covered employers must electronically report their Calendar Year 2017 (CY 2017) Form 300A data by July 1, 2018, via the online Injury Tracking Application (ITA).

Covered establishment with 250 or more employees are only required to provide their Form 300A data, not Form 300 or 301 information, as was suggested by previous rule-making.

Also contrary to previous guidance, OSHA has announced that all affected employers must submit injury and illness data in the ITA online portal, even if the employer is covered by a State Plan that has not completed adoption of their own state rule.

Additional information, FAQs, and the Injury Tracking Application can be found on OSHA’s site, here.
